    Think I have 'done' the charity shops - 2 tops and a skirt for £8. That will do.

    The china dogs and the bookends not interest you?

    Well tomorrow I think I'm paying £631 off my debts and closing a credit card. Need to check my sums in a mo.

    Things must be getting better....Barclaycard have stopped sending me offers for 35% Apr cards and started sending me ones for 0%!!!

    Perhaps your message about where they could cram their 35% cards reached someone of importance...

    Blooooomin' library pc on the blink literally

    So as I've just wrote :mad: Mr Z, didn't tell Barclays where to shove their card for fear they would file me under Stroppy Madam or Don't offer her any decent deals!!

    Good weekend. My poor cousin, it's nice that I call round I'm sure but when I drink her wine, eat her food and CAKE, and only peel potatoes and ensure her mother is on her best behaviour when we visit her in return.

    REALLY REALLY cheap weekend for me. One round bought in the pub on Friday and some preparing of veg. That was about it.

    Pay day today :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

    Haven't QUITE parted with the amount of money I said :o. Want to check how much is coming off as a minimum payment on MBNA automatically so I don't starve myself at the end of the month.

    So have paid;
    £200 off M&S
    £100 off MBNA
    and put
    £200 into savings

    Have also got a credit report so will put that with my latest statements for the bank on Saturday :D

    So on Monday I paid the following;

    £200 off M&S
    £100 off MBNA
    and put
    £200 into savings

    I have added to this today with;
    £43 paid off Halifax

    So the totals become;

    CDL £10,000 £5740-213 = 5527 as before
    M&S CC £1188 £927 - 200 = £777 new total
    MBNA: £2150 from HSBC and 1200 from Halifax on to MBNA plus fees = 3510 - 100 = £3410
    HBOS CC £1256 £42.29 - £43 = PAID OFF:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

    New Total [STRIKE] £7710[/STRIKE]£7564 excluding the Overdraft
    £9714 including.

    Dad £7000 £0 100% paid off
    Friend £280 £0 100% paid off
    Virgin CC (MBNA £3350 £-7.47 new total 100+% paid
    HSBC CC £4404 £0 100% paid off

    The Overdraft and Halifax card have moved from 19% APR and 15.5% APR to 0% APR.

    Was planning on paying £200 off MBNA but need to ring them to establish how much they are taking off as a minimum payment and top the rest (or not up to £100).

    In other news;:D

    Realised if I had an NSD today and tomorrow it would mean I wouldn't have a drink until Friday :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Pathetic reaction really.
    So as a friend has reminded me I am going to see Joan Armatrading with her on 30th I have taken the opportunity to book my hotel in Peterborough for £32. How good is that AND it gets good reviews:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

    Work have approved a course for me to go on every Tuesday morning from October to mid January (apart from Christmas).

    I'm going back to Uni :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

    Form for Uni has arrived. Will fill in tonight :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

    Have also paid a further £20 off MBNA just to get it under that £100.

    CDL £10,000 £5740-213 = 5527 as before
    M&S CC £1188 £927 - 200 = £777 new total
    MBNA: £2150 from HSBC and 1200 from Halifax on to MBNA plus fees = 3510 - 100 -20 = £3390
    Total = £9694
    Do you find this paying off milarky addictive?

    Tonight I have to put file together for bank visit with up to date figures and colour pictures :D:D:D

    I could really do with the cheque from the tax man but that may be a bit like superquick service.

    Going to declare an NSD today. Need to buy Lemsip as it feels like someone is sitting on me - but that is all and unavoidable really if I want to try and nip the symtoms in the bud.

    Looks like I didn't quite get away Scott free from the house of death at the weekend.

    All good news for me.
    My dad has been scammed by 'microsoft engineers' sorting out his computer. I am printing stuff off for him and think he should go on to a telephone preference service, non-marketing electoral register and go X directory. I'm sending him everything Martin has on it!
