    Bank account is in credit so I've reduced my O/D limit down from £2200 to £500. Will check Halifax balance tomorrow. I think it might be £6 with a DD payment of £25 in a couple of days!:D

    So........

    been looking at sales details of past sales in the street in question to try and decide whether this house is similar or different.

    House looks pretty much like it has identical dimensions (which is not what the vicar told me when I asked about sale prices in the area!)
    Has central heating and a porch, unlike other house.:j

    We shall see what they are looking for.

    Yesterday was the first day forever........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................or at least a long time :D..........................................................................................................since I have been in credit at this point in the month. Think I was at school last time this happened :o. Have to aim from here on in to stay in credit full stop. I predict plenty of NSDs at the start of the month (pay day 15th!)........

    On that subject I need to buzz off and declare, and then go home and have a trial run at putting up my tent before I work the bar at a festival on Saturday. :beer:

    The 1st house has no central heating but has electric heating. Great eh?
    Guess what I'd be saving for as soon as I moved in! Central heating would add about £3500 to a asking price for this size of house.

    Tent is 3 man with two poles crossing to support the inner tent and the outer tent fixes to it.
