    Good? Bad? Indifferent?

Hard to tell till I am in them. Going to see one on Friday, but then so are a lot of other people. Look nice, look spacious, about 2 miles away from present location.

Was going to view on Friday BUT the guy gave me the wrong number so couldn't contact him. Told him the next day that I couldn't meet a strange man in a strange place without a telephone number. He seemed to understand without me mentioning Suzy Lamplugh and Mr Kipper.

I always ring a designated friend before and after visiting a room - it's a good habit to get into if you are viewing rooms.

So probably viewing that Monday evening and have another with an ensuite (£400) but closer to work to view aswell.

Have also asked for details of a flat in the village particularly the room sizes. Could move into this with the other lodger and would only cost £425 in rent between us. Not sure what she's like with money though!

Have done mad lodger a heating guide using the words 'IF THE PIPES BURST it wil bring the ceiling and a load of water down on your work, your laptop and your belongings aswell as mine' to encourage her to keep the heating between 10 and 21. This week she appeared to have set it at 30 so maybe I should demonstrate with a £10 note and a match if she doesn't get the point.

SANE people - please form an orderly queue to enter my life :D

Loo roll is the only extra I am currently buying in my friendly abode. I think I shall also be buying it in the new abode. Since I told the landlady I am leaving it is like I have become invisible!!!

Have shown car tax for the year Beanie. Don't pay for it monthly but will do half a year rather than the whole thing. JUST A TAD more manageable.

The killer is paying two months less £100 for the new place and an increased mortgage for my house.

At least you didn't ask me to cut the entertaining budget!!
...and on that note I need to be at a pub quiz.

Does that mean you can wear shoes now?

But surely all the other costs in that section are monthly? Then you've added a yearly cost to a monthly cost? Or is this for one month only?

I noticed the cider drinking ended up in "Sport"... ;)
