I got to finally meet the elusive Mr Z ... He was worth the wait ... But it better not be as long till I see him again :)
    :)

You see to me that reads like a threat.....remember Z she works night shifts. Better keep in touch or you'll find her on the doorstep one morning with the milk bottles.

    Mixed day today...bit of evrrything
    Professionalism
    Bribery
    Slapstick

Big meeting today which went well and just after they had touted for more work they gave us each a bottle of wine. I believe I am supposed to declare this and put it in for the raffle....the raffle where we put things in and never win anything back.
I think half that process will be happening!!!

Then I went to meet an owner at a property...waited for him...he didn't arrive. I rang him and he rang me back as I was leaving town to tell me he was at work but his wife was there. I went back and then realised I'd been sitting outside the wrong property.
    Don't tell anyone!

NO! and when I'd stuck my prompts to the camera stand they were too far to read them!!!
Got the order right though I think most of the time. Finances to look at tomorrow, seeing a financial advisor for a mortgage in principle on Friday.
Had a bizarrely organised evening that I didn't think was orgsnised but was!!!!

I didn't see him, or only briefly, so I can't comment. My hands were shaking so much my finger spelling was really interesting.

Eye test to sort next week. Will distract from how overfed I feel after a work Christmas meal on Monday, Book club meal on Tuesday, Sign language curry on Wednesday and company meal on Friday. Yep it's looking both cheap and healthy next week - NOT! :A :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Mind you - I can't ROFL - I'll give myself indigestion.

The pressure is right off now which is good. Need to tidy room tonight and get financial stuff ready for tomorrow. Couldn't find the bicycle pump last night for the detritus in the bedroom (mind you it keeps my ankles warm!!!) Then thought 'Where would I put it logically?' After checking the spare room, kitchen, cupboard under the stairs, under the bed, I went back to the shed. Within a foot of the bl**dy bike!!!

Meeting mortgage bloke at 9.10am and need to check budget now and budget before (before ARMAGEDDON - like when I had one job and one house!), like when I lived a 'NORMAL' life. Will be interesting to see what he thinks I can afford as the mortgage checker I looked at (even with my debts included!) reckoned I could borrow £138k. I think this is more than I will need. I was thinking more along the lines of £124,995 which brings me in £6 under stamp duty.

Have seen a nice house that I may view in the next seven days but may be a bit close to the flood plain for my liking. I like my feet dry and given that I was living in a three storey house 400ft above sea-level with a balcony to tie the dingy to, it's a situation I was used to! :D

You can see why my friends say I am a 'nothing in the glass' kind of girl.

Anyway agents were on the phone this afternoon 'Do I wan't to view? We could sort an appointment out. Are you sure you don't want to?' How to say 'BACK OFF' politely.

I would rather see the financial bloke first and then measure the height above flood plain!! I won't be buying the one called Riverview in the flood plain.

The pub quiz last night made me a little sad. The ladies were planning their pre-Christmas day Christmas meal together with their husbands (told you it was a bit Stepford wives!). I'm going home that weekend (obviously someone else's home!!!) but that's not the point. I'm not invited.:(

Right this isn't getting my bottle of wine drunk or the detritus shifted. May post a before and after photo, but only after. Too shaming at the moment. They could be using my room at the mo as an example of what happens when a Tsunami passes through. Clutter? No, we can't see the clutter for the sheer volume of crap, clothes and plastic boxes. Fortunately nobody's brought a small child round, they could be due to sign on before we see them again.

    Right peepsies - Tchuss!:hello:
