Funny because it is on the Aldi front page but not on the link you posted. Will probably update as the days go on.

Having had a quick look the cheapest external ebuyer £69.99, and the cheapest 7 port hub £14+del. I don't have time to check out other items, but I'm sure this may prompt some response.

At least most people can go to Aldi and not wait for delivery.

Aldi don't make computers, they're a German food retailer ;)

Medion products have reviews that fluctuate quite wildly, as the following demonstrates quite well:

For someone who knows about computers, how does the Medion MD 8822 compare with an equivalent Dell machine for price (mainly), expansion possibilities, reliability, reputation, etc. Any views appreciated. Thx.
  • I work in IT. Personally, I rate dell, not for the customer service, thats shocking, but for value hardware, dell offers good value. That said, dell make good and easy money from warranty. The Aldi deal is well worth the money in the 3 year warrenty. Keep the receipt, and any probs, you can return it. That makes the aldi deal a better deal IMHO.

Just be warned Aldi recently changed the returns policy, I seem to remember it being 30 days to take back to store then the remaining warranty is repair/exchange only.

(Exchanging probably difficult due to the limited time frame of any such offers at Aldi)
