I have to say that's a great document and so far I've only read the first ten pages. I'm a little surprised the Mods haven't removed it and banned you !

It brings the whole PPC industry down - now all we need to do is get it to every email Inbox in the country.
All aboard the Gus Bus !

This is because the BPA (which thinks that it is mightier than the courts) has decreed that there is nothing wrong with those signs. It's pure coincidence that the owner of Excel sits on the board of the BPA.
Unbelieveable the isnt it the scammer can make all his scamming rules up as he goes along and get a good majority of the unsuspecting innocent public to dearly part with there cash to fill his grubby bank account up to the hilt.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

nope, you will still get some loo paper through, come back here when you do,it will just be the usual nonsense from first, roxburghe, then on the next desk, but the red ink on the letter gets stronger(worry not) graham white, all part of the scam.

It's all gone quiet from several PPCs. I got a Britannia ticket weeks and weeks ago and never heard another thing. I have noticed this is a common occurrence this Summer - lots more people getting no threatograms at all - but I suspect it's a lull before the storm they plan to unlease on new fake PCN victims after 1st October.

I suspect they are gearing up for the Freedoms Act and also have had to review their documents and letters so they don't get banned by the DVLA like Perky's Combined Parking Solutions just did. :p
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've had three tickets - one where I forgot to get a ticket and one that I lost. Both from Peel centre.
I've been through their 6 months of threats, and letters, and then they give up.
They can take you to court, but a small claims (this is not a criminal court). They can ask for any costs, but not accued costs - so 50p.
Even if you were the unluckiest person ever, and they took you to court, and you lost, the small claims court costs are much cheaper that then crappy "Parking ticket"
Don't be scared of that either - most of these are ruled on the internet, not a judge - AND NO ONE HAS EVER LOST! They will not take you to court.

My wife nearly bottled it last time, but I managed to get her not to.
DO NOT PAY, DO NOT CONTACT.

Incidently, I got one deliberately last time, I couldn't be bothered paying at the machine.
Got the yellow ticket, marched up to the attendant, and asked, quite politely, if he could recycle it for me, and clean my window of the residue. He looked so surprised, it was priceless.
I've heard nothing for 4 weeks over that one, so maybe they just give up if it's obvious you're going to deal with them like the cowboys and bullies they AND JUST IGNORE THEM.

Ecel parking, another ironicaly named PPC?

    from the cambridge dictionary

    Excel: verb, ɪkˈsel

    Definition

to be extremely good at something

As for the forthcoming POFA, wouldnt it be a shame if these ppcs went the way of CPS and found themsleves with a ban just before/as the legislation came in?

    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
