Roxburghe Phone Call

I've had two letters from TPS, then one from Roxburghe Debt Collectors, and one from Graham White solicitors. I responded to the first TPS letter with photographic evidence, which they ignored, and I have subsequently been ignoring all letters.
Then I received a PHONE CALL on my mobile from Roxburghe, quoting a ref number and they left a voicemail. I was so angry, I phoned back to find out how they got my number. Apparently they are 'allowed' to do a search?
In the conversation, the parking ticket was discussed and the 'gentleman' mentioned the BPA code of conduct. I made it very clear that I have photographic evidence of insufficient and obscured signage which is in breach of the BPA code of conduct (which is unenforceable anyhow), and that I am willing to go to court to show my evidence. I also said they were in breach of the Harassment Act, to which he replied they are allowed to do no more than THREE phone calls per day. So I said I will be writing down dates and times and adding that to my evidence.
I am worried that the man was trying to get me to say who was driving the car, by asking me questions such as 'are you familiar with the car park in question?'
Suffice to say I will only answer my phone to known numbers from now on!
Ps Is it true that Roxburghe have only had one court case and they lost?
I actually want to show my evidence to a judge!

Looking back through my call history it appears they have attempted to call me 10 times in 12 days!0

I don't know that Roxie have ever tried court as they doon't actually own the debt, they are only chasing it on behalf of a ppc. No more than 3 calls a day? That's baloney and definitely harassment.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Just continue to vet your calls and they will go away. You could sue them for harassment if you were that way inclined as another ex-board member did to another PPC.All aboard the Gus Bus !0 -
Graham White did once issue proceedings but didn't turn up at court.0

Thanks for replying folks.
I've downloaded an app for my phone that will allow me to block unknown or specific numbers, it's called Mr.Number. It will also track and count repeat calls, so I can build a list up.0 -

I would suggest a letter to them, put them under notice that if they persistently ring you up then you will consider it harassment and then for £25 sue them in the small claims court. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
I've had two calls from these idiots - the latest being this morning. After telling the first one to just press on and take me to court the second one tried the intimidation nonsense but didn't get far as I just put the phone down and let him waffle on. I also got one of the letters from 'Graham White Solicitors' today. It all smacks of desperation. Wish I lived closer to their office because I'd like to show them what real intimidation is all about.0

I had Roxburghe on my case following up a "debt" which I "owed" to a large telecoms company which shall remain nameless. In the end I sued the telecoms company and won
.
The people who phoned me from Roxburghe didn't seem to be the brightest sparks in the box and were clearly following a script. My conversations with Roxburghe went as follows.
R: Hello is the Mr B?
Me: Yes
R: This is Roxburghe calling (me- groan). Please can you confirm your address and DOB for security reasons?
Me: No - I don't give my address or DOB on the phone.
R: Oh ... (Then tells me about the "debt" they are trying to recover from me anyway!).
Me: Thanks for the info. I don't believe I owe any money, therefore I suggest you take me to court if you genuinely believe you have a claim - it would be easiest for you to go through the small claims process.
R: (Confused) Oh... Um.... I'll make a note of that. Goodbye.
After numerous calls, I emailed them and told them I'd sue them for harrasment if they did not cease making communication with me or actually take me to court. They stopped within a week and the telecoms company passed me onto other debt collecting agencies until I sued them and they stopped.0 -

If they phone again I'd suggest asking what kind of underwear they like to wear and their girth / breast size ( depending upon gender ). You'll be amazed how quickly those questions get rid of unwanted callers

I would have said
"Thank you very much for breaching the data protection act, I am not actually that Mr B, his lawyers will be in touch."0
