    Hi Mappy girl

Had you budgeted for your night out or was it unplanned?

At least you tried to take lunch with you so that's good - shame it was horrid :D

We all slip up from time to time, it's the fact that you're now thinking about what you're spending and trying to plan ahead that will make the difference over time.

    Keep your chin up :j

Been to Poole to visit my Nan 2day, she always gives me £10 for petrol, she's a sweetie. I spent £4, on fabric conditioner, milk for DD and a quiche for tea tonight, nothing else!!! So I'm classing it as a NSD as the £4 was from bills acc.

Still waiting to hear about the job..... wish I knew!!

I know how you feel Tigzem, it's the not knowing that's the worst:rolleyes:

Have they given you any idea of when they'll let you know?

Thought I was having night in with OH tonight but he's off out to play snooker at his friends house so guess I'll be staying in with the iron instead!!:D

    Still a NSD though :T

Hi all went to bed early tonight as was knackered...now wide awake and cannot sleep...REALLY glad I have got rest of the week off

I spent £1.20 today on a packet of crisps and pot of cottage cheese at work. Didn't plan ahead enough the night before, I ended up stuffing some ryvita in my bag for lunch and then realised they would be a bit yuck with nothing to go with them. Saved two pounds by walking instead of getting on a bus though.

Tomorrow (or rather, later on today!) will have to buy some envelopes for posting stuff, have run out  and will have more stuff to post. Also have more stuff to put on e bay though. And, I have to take my stupid car to the stupid alarm people to have it fixed otherwise it will invalidate the insurance  but I have shopped around and have a good quote, and have budgeted for it. It's still bloody annoying though.

    Hey ho...!

Keep up the good work, have a good day, speak to you all later!

I don't know Tigzem :naughty: what are we going to do with you??

Glad you're still doing well Nicola:T

Sounds like you're doing ok Tadaa - the postage items are for stuff you've sold so is included in your postage costs anyway.:D

At least you've realised that the spending at lunch was due to lack of planning -so that's good too.

I know I've already said this before, as has Bigpaws - it's good that we're changing our way of thinking about how, when and why we spend rather than just blindly spending :D

I'm up for another NSD today - taking my last 2 bags to charity shop this lunch time and have once again brought my lunch into work with me :j

Have a good day everyone, keep up the good work.

Hi All! Hope you're all fit and not spending money! I've been quite good the last couple od days - only £1 spent on two carpark tickets. Normally I'd not mind as when at school time is of the essence. However, these were on two visits to the surgery for blood tests, and being the hols I could/should have walked. Slapped wrists for me then!
Any news on the job today Tigzem? I do hope you get good news soon.

    Hi All,
I've been really busy, but not busy spending money I'm pleased to say! I took some stuff to the second hand shop yesterday where you split any sales 50/50 with the woman who runs the shop.
you don't get as much as eBay usually, but there is nothing to do except drop off a bag of stuff and go in 6 weeks later to collect any money. So fingers crossed on that one.
it sounds like everyone is doing great!

    Have a lovely day, everyone
