 I agree vic if a buyer is genuinely interested then paintwork wont put them off. The house looks nice id consider another agent if theyre not doing the job for you. Ashtons in warrington have done brilliant for us we have sold ours in 2 days with them.

            Mr Broderick - i think u have a slight chip on your shoulder - is it possible that you cannot get on the property ladder and therefore feel the need to have a go at everyone else who is? What 34 year old would not be happy at making £60K on their house (not that i will make that much i am sure). But if you were in the same position - are u telling me you would sell it for what you paid for it and forfit any profit...get real. its not my fault the property market has boomed.
 I am no longer going to check this thread as i cannot be bothered with people like him - he is the kind that sits on these websites looking to wind people up because he has got nothing better to do.

            Been on it years, just think ftb are getting twitchy at paying 120k for 2 bed terraces that are worth 40k in real terms, i know you know im right.0
