Yes, it has gone very quick. I like it because the class sizes are really small. In my year there is 24 students from the UK. Then about 10 Internationals. Got to start thinking about the dissertation now.

    agreed! it's flown by.

I was sorting the recycling today and did the old magnet test with a can of Bavaria shandy. I was delighted to see it didn't stick so they'll be going into my local Mr T can crusher for some green CC points ;)

Every 6 cans will get me 3p of CC points. Shame Ts are OOS of their 3p orange juice :rotfl:

You have to make sure that the amount left owing is the amount on the conditional spend, if you have an X off £30 and an X of £40 you give the X off £40 first and then the X off £30 IYSWIM.

I have never had a problem using two, planning on using a £6 off £40 and a £2 off £20 together later in the week, giving me £8 off £40!

This didn't work on sat for me. £6 off £40 and £3 off £30. She scanned them both, £6 first but £3 one didn't work! :money:

I had a rare thing happen today. I had a total stranger accept and thank me for giving them 2 x50p Cravendale vouchers

I was just about to leave the till at S when a lady started unloading her trolley behind me. The first thing she pulled out were 2 big cartons of Cravendale. I had no MOCs left on me so I just picked up 2 mags from the end of the till, quickly tore them out using the edge of a bank card as a guide (thanks to whoever on here gave me that tip) and handed them to her

This was seconds after the SA asked me how I was so good at getting BMs and I said "its because I know where to get coupons for just about everything". Her jaw nearly hit the floor when she realised I was saving the next person money too! :rotfl:

Afternoon all, another beautiful day here - have been out doing a bit of gardening but had to concede defeat in the end as my head is all itchy scratchy now - think some of the pollen heads, and insects have landed in my hair and i now can't stop scratching - if i didn't know better i would say i have nits:eek::eek::eek:

When i was on my holiday recently in Turkey i had a bat fly into my hair and get caught up - i was absolutely terrified and running around like a man possessed - it was screaming and scratching at my head at the same time, and all my OH did was stand their and laugh:mad::mad::mad: luckily there were a couple of lovely waiters at our hotel and they managed to remove said bat from my hair.

Went to T's yesterday picked up pork steaks x 2, roaster chicken, febreze - thai orchid thingy (using two vouchers) and then went and paid for them as i was leaving the store - realised i had totally mucked up as i hadn't got 8 items, so had to go back inshore to CS i explained to them i was having a bad day and had come in to try and take advantage of their price guarantee but had totally mucked up it by not getting enough stuff:eek: and could i return them get a refund and try again??? No problem at all the CS lady couldn't have been nicer so round i go again adding a few other bits and pieces. When i went to pay again she let me use 2 more of the vouchers for the febreeze thingy:T:T So well happy - just got to sit it out now and wait for the pp to come back. Just telling you all this as i would like it known that there are some lovely people who work in T's - just sadly few and far between :rotfl::rotfl:
