Just got this email back from Mr A's regarding the overcharge on the muller yougurts yesterday.
Thanks for contacting us.
I'm sorry that you were overcharged when visiting one of our stores.
You should have been charged at the offer price of £8 for 20, so again I’m sorry that didn’t happen. the colleague on the customer service desk should have given you the difference paid straight away and a £2 gift card for the overcharging.
If you could send me your address details I will get a £2 gift card in the post to you, I will also be making the General Store Manager aware of the service you received and to make sure that colleagues are fully aware of out overcharging policy.:rotfl::rotfl: I am now a Cereal Glitcher :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Right, just found out I have the rest of the day off so I am off out for a bike ride in this wonderful sunshine! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Been away for 2 weeks.
About 500 pages and a new thread in that time!!
Time to skip me thinks !
In short, are there any on-going glitches (or anything else) that I can start to look for.

Catching up here. For Pattylabelle I gave f'side a try yesterday and was royally trouted as soon as the guy saw a couple of packs of beer & shandy in the trolley. I was told that the coupons said "one per transaction" which really got my back up as they don't. I knew this store had changed their policy on these coupons but lying is downright pathetic in my book. Still managed to do a couple of transactions of 1 beer, 1 shandy and 1 bottle of voddie which was my plan all along anyway. The sour faced aul bloke on the till tried telling me that I wouldn't get a BM as I'd spent less than £20 because of the coupons. Soon wiped the smirk off his face when one popped out but all very nicely done
On a positive not, I managed some Cravendale using both the in-store MOC and the Thomas Cook one so £1 for 2x2lt
The staff at f'side all seem to be briefed well on that one.
At least you got cravendale - did you do that at manned till or ss. Thanks Pnever stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

Did the Cravendale through a manned till with a few extra bits thrown in to hide the final costNot brave enough to just do the milk on its own. I have much to learn if I want to rise up the elite ranks lol
