Knew i could sniff GOLD this morning olympic-flag-smiley-emoticon.gif :T:T:T:T and the day isnt over yet..

Had a good day at the shops :D, got Two of the below in Boots using the Loreal £1.50 coupon and paid 50p.

    http://www.boots.com/en/LOreal-Men-Expert-Carbon-Protect-4-in-1-Anti-Perspirant-Deodorant-Spray-150ml_1260177/

Moved onto Ts and got 2 x Ski yoghurts with the 50p coupons, Febreze with the car coupons and some chicken, used a wombled jtd and paid 24p. On my way round i spotted the cake mix, so back to car and back in. Got 10 packs :T:T also spotted next to the RTC shelf 20 packs of Walkers Meaty Crisps down to £1.25 but didnt have a jtd on me so just got the cake mix.

Onto to S and 21 packs of beer kindly waiting for me, got those on SS and no probs and BMs each time,:T

Then onto As..phew..:rotfl: just got food for rest of week and paid 57p after wombled APGs

Back home via Ts and went back to get the crisps using a wombled jtd, thought i may as well get another Febreze and remembered i had a Hovis Homebake coupon on me aswell so got one of those, it didnt scan but SA just overode it, total to pay 54p

Off now to take care of my wombles..;)

Sounds like you're on a roll today :j:beer:

Ask Mummy nicely she might do it for you a photo may help as well.

If you lived nearer I would go back to the shop with you I've had an extremely carp day and ready to rip someones head off (anyone will do but poor little Martin sounds like he's had enough stress)

My real mum or Lala? Asking mum to do something would be a bigger battle than trying to get a full refund.

    Hi guys,

Just wondering if I have got this right:

Whiskas Fisherman's Choice 48 pouches, £13.99 Ts and £10 As, so £3.99 JTD and a petrol voucher?

Plus double up on CC vouchers for petfood - I'm liking the sound of this one! Miss Kitty Fantastico (yes, real name) will be pleased :rotfl:

HC, I would suggest sending an email to head office. This means you can attach a copy of your receipt and also lots of shots showing the damage to your shoes.

If I ever have to make a complaint i usually send an email nowadays, its instant, and you have the bonus of being able to attach evidence. Ive usually had fairly quick replies as well.

Goods have to be 'of reasonable quality' and usually if a complaint is made within 6 months the onus is on the company, if you complain after 6 months its much harder to get anywhere.

Don't dwell on your experience too much from when you returned, other than their 'dismissive attitude' and unacceptable offer.

Theres lots of discussions on the web about wear and tear of shoes and how much this contributes to the reason shoes are returned, but state your case that you would 'reasonably' expect a pair of clarks quality shoes to last much longer than 6 weeks.

Maybe write your email and pop a copy on this thread for us all to have a look at and make suggestions before you send it? Sometimes its how you approach a complaint that decides the outcome;).

How about someone write the email and I copy n paste it?:beer::rotfl::rotfl:

They will only write back and say what they said to me on the phone though.:(

It's always a chance you take - there is never a guarantee that APG or JTD will come back correct (I've not helped there but there is no definite yes) :D
