I've just been trying to work this out. It's correct but my S/M is showing S as oos. so it's a chance. But £20.92 for 72 dishwasher tabs is a pith take.
Here were my workings out, nothing as good as the Heinz Mayo jtd though.

Always better to write a polite letter to HQ - address might be on their website, stating where and when the item was bought, enclose receipt or a copy of the receipt - very important to keep these in a safe place. State why you dont think the item was not fit for the purpose it was intended. Also state what you would like to happen - eg replacement or refund.
My sons biking helmet had a problem recently and he did exactly this - emailed the company first to let them know he had a problem and he would be writing to them and sending the helmet back. He had the receipt, said what the problem was and asked for a replacement. They replied quite quickly and sent him a replacement but the next grade of helmet up, no extra to pay.
I also had a problem with Marks jeans that developed a mysterious hole in the thigh. I sent the jeans back - you could see the wear was minimal, no frays at the hems or rubbing on the seams etc. They sent me a gift voucher.
Going into a store and shouting the odds, demanding things the staff dont have the authority to do, loosing your temper and swearing - these will never get you anywhere ...
This is where I just roll over and give up, I'm useless with letters.:(0 -
