PG tips Earl Grey, £2.68 in ASSDA, 50p in Tosco (tomorrow)
APG - (£2.68 -£0.50) = £2.18 + 10 % = £2.39
Or 29p for 80 bags.
The 10% is cheaper than T (or S etc) so 45p, so would work out at 2.23 back. APG depends on the whole comparable shop, so if bought 7 other things at same price as T the 10% is off their totalSPC 2015: #319 £10.65 / £500 Bulgaria tin0 -
Evening all
My T's trip today was a bit rubbish.
No whoopsies and half the petrol coupon stuff was sold out so didn't bother in the end.:(
No pork but I did find 2 chickens which I paid for seperately with some febreeze and cheap items for a T's v's A's comparison shop.
Went to the big A's for a womble, but zilch, then stopped off at the small A's near home.
Hit that just right for whoopsies. Lot's of minced Turkey and lamb for 20p and all the veg I got was reduced to 10p
I'm really liking A's at the moment. I hadn't been to T's for 3 weeks and it will probably be another 3 weeks till I go again.
Seems daft driving 30 miles when I can buy the T's offers in A's 5 mins down the road and get an extra 10% off.
Seems like the big glitches lately have been either T's or S's as well as the toiletry bargains.
I wasn't impressed with T's at all today:(
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Should I be miffed?
Just found out that my daughters 2 friends have gone roller skating without inviting her. We are always taking them places and would never dream of leaving one of them out. My daughter is sad as she would have liked to go with her friends. The mum of one of her friends is very competitive, she bought her daughter the complete kit, skates, helmet, knee and shin pads whilst we bought our daughter some 2nd hand skates from ebay much to the disgust of the friends parents. She said that she would never do that although she is not adverse to selling them on ebay. My daughter has been having a great time on her skates and we have been taking her to a roller skating club each Sunday. As soon as we found out about the club i mentioned it to said mum and offered to take her daughter with us. They decided to go on their own and I think that they were disapointed to see that despite all the new kit their daughter is still struggling, whilst our daughter is having a whale of a time on her cheap skates, even though she has so much to learn, she was having fun.
Why do people have to be like this? I know this is a little thing in the grand scheme of things but feel sad for my daughter.
So sorry Lokitty.
Its hard being on the other side of this. You probably feel it more than your daughter. Next time you see them, give them a huge smile and act normally. It will show them that you're not bothered _ even though you are and might just stop them being so childish.:(To do is to be. Rousseau
