    Should I be miffed?
Just found out that my daughters 2 friends have gone roller skating without inviting her. We are always taking them places and would never dream of leaving one of them out. My daughter is sad as she would have liked to go with her friends. The mum of one of her friends is very competitive, she bought her daughter the complete kit, skates, helmet, knee and shin pads whilst we bought our daughter some 2nd hand skates from ebay much to the disgust of the friends parents. She said that she would never do that although she is not adverse to selling them on ebay. My daughter has been having a great time on her skates and we have been taking her to a roller skating club each Sunday. As soon as we found out about the club i mentioned it to said mum and offered to take her daughter with us. They decided to go on their own and I think that they were disapointed to see that despite all the new kit their daughter is still struggling, whilst our daughter is having a whale of a time on her cheap skates, even though she has so much to learn, she was having fun.
Why do people have to be like this? I know this is a little thing in the grand scheme of things but feel sad for my daughter.
When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think
"oh carp what is she up to now!"

I noticed this a couple of times now....I thought you needed 8 comparable items?

8 items, only 1 needs to compare, but price difference (TPP or APG) based on difference, plus 10% at A
    SPC 2015: #319 £10.65 / £500 Bulgaria tin

Yep but only one big poster as you are going up the travelator, no sign of it outside and tbh only for Patty posting last night about it I probably would have missed it. No problems using it though which is just as well as I was royally trouted with the beer coupons on Fri but a supervisor was called who did them manually, SA was really nasty but I stood my ground and have now gracefully retired from the great beer hunt (which means my remaining coupons are headed for the recycling ;);););))

That's great, will try my luck in L during the week :D
Not really beer drinkers in our house so didn't even try. At least you stood your ground Sharon, I would have ran and hid in costa:rotfl: I seriously need to man up with this couponing lark...I'm the kind who hands them over with a red face and an apology :o

No you should not be miffed - you and your daughter are now seeing these people for what they really are and this is real life. Your daughter will be sad about it but it is part of growing up process to realise that other people often do not live up to our expectations. She is better learning that lesson whilst a teenager than in her early 20's!!!

    Please check my calculation.
PG tips Earl Grey, £2.68 in ASSDA, 50p in Tosco (tomorrow)
    APG - (£2.68 -£0.50) = £2.18 + 10 % = £2.39
    Or 29p for 80 bags.
