Can you get together with a few of her friends and REALLY talk to them ?
Only person who would have really understood passed away a few days after my mum went into hospital. I also feel guilty that she knew how I'll my mum was when she passed I think it quickened her death.
My eldest brother who was my rock and at the hospital most of the time with me and mum has been really depressed and suicidal since mum died so I have to tread carefully there.0 -

Ok, weird question alert!
Have any of you been to a medium?
I am still struggling with how my mum died earlier in the year and a work colleague suggested either grief counselling or a medium.
I can't face grief counselling and don't think it will help.
I've never had any faith in mediums or anything like that but now I'm in this position I am considering it. Or am I just in a vulnerable place and likely to be taken advantage of?
Hope asking this doesn't offend.
Most mediums are fake, and they know they are fake, and yes they do prey on people who are vulnerable and grieving, some can even make matters worse depending on what 'messages' they pass on. There are a few 'genuine' mediums, (in the sence that they are sincere and want to help in what they do) but I really dont believe that they are really in touch with people who have died, even if they believe it themselves.
What is it about grief counselling that makes you feel you couldn't face it and that it will not help? Might not be like what you think will be.0 -

Just tried the beer at 9.30pm in Lisburn - was trying to get 4 along with Cravendale and other sensible things. A complete no go - the screen told the sa that it was only one coupon per tranaction. I left the shopping. This is a new message definitely - I have had beer from this sa before on Monday evening(7) not a problem. I think that anybody who gets an sa to override this one will be very lucky!!never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0

I'm pretty sure at grief counselling that they will just tell me what they think I want to hear but they can't do what I want - and that's to speak to my mum.
Sorry to bring the thread down will move off this topic now.0 -

Flo Flo,
I'm not a believer and have never been myself, but I have a friend who goes to a spiritualist church.
They regularly have mediums and guest speakers and she says it has helped her deal with grief and other issues she has.
As it's a church it's not the same as a one to one, but just wondering if something like this might help you.....If it's not for you, you needn't go again and at least you aren't going to be fleeced. My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Oh yer, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. My brain went for a little walk then. I forgot they were febreeze coupons.
Very oddly though, in small letters on the label that I didnt see till I had paid, it says 'recommended by' febreeze...so Im not sure its actually a 100% febreze product:o
I used the car coupon with the trigger bottle picture (1009) not the one with the plug in picture (1005)0
