Yay! and thanks for the sunny response! It has encouraged me to get off my but and get out there. I have found it hard to get back into it after a week of being under the weather- but shoes are on. See you in a half hour. :j0 -

Morning all sunshine in abundance yippee. A this talk of running jogging etc. Before eye op I ran about 12 miles a week but consultant said I cant run yet but im itching to get out and RUN. I really miss it ah well maybe next month. Have a good day everyone.SPC No. 295 - SPC No10 target £350
