    Yay! and thanks for the sunny response! It has encouraged me to get off my but and get out there. I have found it hard to get back into it after a week of being under the weather- but shoes are on. See you in a half hour. :j

    OMG Asda CS are as bad as T's on phone just now, we can send you a £2 giftcard! noooooooooooooooooooooooooo! My juice should cost more when you price check it. Sigh.

    Morning all sunshine in abundance yippee. A this talk of running jogging etc. Before eye op I ran about 12 miles a week but consultant said I cant run yet but im itching to get out and RUN. I really miss it ah well maybe next month. Have a good day everyone.

    I don't run - my knees won't let me, but I feel exactly the same after a good bike ride.
