And there's a free gum shield with half board.
BTW if you book today, you get a free bag of spanners :j

?

Thought it was quite money saving actually 3 for 2, some people actually want meals, seats and extra luggage and why waste your time doing it your self if someone can do it at the same price for you.
Not all people want to faff about putting flights, hotels, transfers etc together, sometimes time is more precious.
• Important Information
if applicable: supplements as per quick costing screen/invoice. this is a late holiday booking, supplementary late terms & conditions shown on our website/system apply. optional resort transfers are available at an extra charge. this holiday includes a basic hold luggage allowance of 15kg. option to upgrade to 20kg or 25kg available at time of booking for additional charge. infants receive 10kg hold luggage allowance on thomas cook airline flights. please note that access to siam park is not included in the price of your of your holiday. if you wish to have siam park tickets included then please use accommodation code ca5a21 or ca5a22 as per the brochures.
rooms are vacated mid morning before early a.m. flight next day

If you have (I assume) taken the time to do a dummy booking and that is the pop-up information for a late deal (which the OP stated they had purchased) then I would totally agree and retract my earlier comment.

I wish I had seen this before we booked. Exactly the same thing has happened to us. We booked online (on a smart phone) and after receiving our confirmation and finding that we also didnt get Siam Park tickets, took it up with the travel agent. they said about the important information icon that is a link, not a pop up, but as the link only ACTUALLY states -

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: To get the latest flight and accommodation updates relevant to your booking see Important Information.

It doesnt actually state that you need to read this BEFORE you book the holiday. Why would you need to see the latest flight and accomodation updates a month before going? If it stated that you MUST read this information before going ahead with the booking, then we WOULD NOT have booked it.

We read the terms and conditions, but this important information link is misleading and unfair.

Can I ask how the OP has got on? When is it you are going on holiday? Have you got your Siam Tickets elsewhere??
Married the absolute love of my life on Sunday May 6th and I couldnt be happier!!!

Why would you not read something that said Important Information as soon as you saw it, did you think it was not important enough?

I have just done a dummy booking and found no mention of the park not being included, only thet it is included on the first page!!

I did click on the important information and there was no mention of the park whatsoever

Why should anyone have to look hard to find out it is not included when it clearely states that it is on the first page?

EDIT
Just realised i was doing an April 2013 booking, I thought it was August 2012, nothing available now till november so unable to try an earlier booking than that

Did you do a last minute booking? Park entrance is included on normal bookings - this has already been discussed. BLUis admits that she saw it but chose not to click the important link.

Must have missed that bit, I will try the lastminute booking

OK found it now, It is as per your quote, I still think it misleading to have it in the description on the first page though

I agree...when it's so clearly stated as being included for all guests, they should have some sort of "*park tickets may be excluded for late bookings - please check the T&Cs for your particular booking" or something like that...while I also think it's important to read the 'important information' not sure it would ever occur to me that something that was said to be included for all wasn't in some cases....that's not all guests then...
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
