Amy- well done you! thats impressive!

savesummore- i can thinking about going low carb. Well, not technically low carb, but i want to eat less carbs as i am sure that it'll help with the weightloss.

Had a good day today, went for a walk around the lake (3miles), and all that fresh air has really tired me out!

    Thanks for the welcome WantToBeSE

Well, I'm 5ft 2 and weigh 11st 6lbs, but would love to be 9st 6lbs again like I was many years ago now. Have very bad weakness for Mcdonalds and Coca Cola!

Had a good day and did walked 2 and half miles and eat healthy for the first time in a very long time.

I'm on myfitnesspal also, would love some friends to keep me motivated if anyone wants to. My username snoppdogsixty nine (written as number not word as this website doesn't like my username) Keeping motivated is my downfall!

Hope everyones else's day has been good.

Hi all, I've been away so I have been rubbish and eating out. Also, quite ironically, have been so engrossed in watching the Olympics have not done anything, LOL. I've been spending my days listing on eBay if I have not been busy with the kids.

So tomorrow I start. For anyone that is interested, the Petrol offer from Tesco if you spend £6 is a good deal if you buy weetabix minis so I have a delivery of 12 boxes of that and 6 shreddies coming tomorrow, LOL.

I weighed myself this morning and I have put on a stone since I left SW so I am back on the horse again. Not sure that this is the best week, I have PMT and everything is sore and hurts and I am craving carbs but I know I have to get started. We have eaten all of the bad stuff in the house now so there are no excuses. Just find I get bored, bored, bored with food. Tonight I made bubble and squeak so around 2 SW points including the Flora I jused for frying it. Kids did not like it but worth another try as it was lush and I could imagine eating that for one meal with some bacon - maybe even some egg - in in. Yummy.

Hey all, my first week went semi-okay- went for an indian meal with some male friends and ended up drinking rather a lot.

Luckily in my hungover state on Friday I ate just veggies and cut out the junk! Our scales are broken at the mo, but can see some definition in my thighs & waist is feeling tighter. (I've been upping the gym sessions for the past few weeks in prep for my weight loss challenge).

I plan to do better this week: no social engagemrnts this week so hopefully that means no temptation :0)

Keep up the good work everyone! Xx

P.S Im kittenkirst on mfp, feel free to add me; knowing people can see my diary helps me! Lol
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

Its got to be better to feel slimmer than weigh slimmer. That's what I'm hoping for soon.
Oh, and although we're MFP friends i can't see your diary. Think its set to private.

    Morning all :)

I am feeling nervous about Fridays weigh in! I think i have done well enough to lose, but we'll see, i still have the next few days to get through so far!

The rain is STILL pouring down here in Cornwall, so i am planning on doing an exercise DVD at home today instead of going out.
I am looking forward to being able to start the C25K when the kids go back to school.

    Have a great day everyone!

I need a kick up the bum ladies!

I know I should just wait for Fridays, but today I weigh 4LBS MORE than I did last week

To be honest, it's made me feel like giving up. I'd have to lose 5lbs in 3 days just to post a loss :(

Does anyone else get like this and stupidly turn to food? I'm such an emotional eater and was so annoyed that despite having a whole raft of healthy food and snacks I also had 5 biscuits and some pick 'n' mix that my boss brought in 'cos I just thought "sod it".

I feel really rubbish about myself and feel like I don't want to be on a 'diet' when I could forget all about it and just have fun and eat everything I like, The Catch 22 is is SO want to lose the stone as all my nice clothes will fit again and I know I'll feel better about myself.

How do I drag myself out of it? :(

Absolute best time to weigh yourself is as soon as you get up in the morning and have been to the loo. Any other time of day and you're also weighing the cups of coffee you've had etc. Plus your weight will fluctuate during the day anyway by a certain amount (so I've been told) and definitely at certain times of the month.

    Don't give up, you've had a small set-back, but we're in this together! :)

    Hi,

Your post sounds exactly like me. I'm also an emotional eater and give up too easily.

I would love to beable to eat what I like too, some days I hate being on a diet but I need to lose 2 stone so I can wear nice clothes. I am so sick of wearing size 16 clothes now.

I'm hoping my new friends on MFP will help keep me motivated this time.

If at all possible try and only weigh yourself once a week and as previously said 1st thing in the morning otherwise you are just tormenting yourself

Also maybe worth measuiring yourself as you can still lose inches even if your not shedding pounds and above all be kind to yourself and remember we are in it for the long haul :D
