Loan company taking money from us for no reason please help!!!!!!

I have also been duped, took the money from me today, could somebody pass me on a number so I can call them and request a refund form please

Just write to them, a simple letter should suffice, what do the terms and conditions state how to get a refund ?

we rang them up and told them the story and said that we sent them an email as well and they were very helpful and eamiled us a form to print of and send to them which we sent right away recorded delivery and got our money back by the thursday

and yes we were very very luck never again

Write a proper LETTER and send it recorded so you can check its been delivered.

reply #7 tells you what to do.

jeez, a simple letter stating when you applied and you would like a refund, keep it simple and do it nicely.

Well the wall in front of me has a few holes in it where ive banged my head lol. Its ok, i think id lose my patience more if i actualy knew the person and was trying to help them out in person.
