I in the next week will be getting rid of all the TV's, Sky, video & DVD., in my household.
Can I stop paying my TV licence?
I will still have a Laptop but will not be watching TV on it.
I am fed up with paying the BBC to broadcast the sporting crap that they are inflicking us to whilst removing other much better programs!

You can watch iplayer on your laptop no bother, you dont need a licence for this.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

You need a licence if you're watching iPlayer (or any TV) live, even on your computer. You only don't need one if you're watching catchup - http://iplayerhelp.external.bbc.co.uk/help/playing_tv_progs/tvlicence/
Can you watch iPlayer live then. I have no idea
Dont skip your stuff OP, give it to a charity shop, or a homeless project, I hate waste, someone will be grateful for them.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
