I in the next week will be getting rid of all the TV's, Sky, video & DVD., in my household.
Can I stop paying my TV licence?
I will still have a Laptop but will not be watching TV on it.
I am fed up with paying the BBC to broadcast the sporting crap that they are inflicking us to whilst removing other much better programs!

No reason to pay a tv licence if you have no TV.
You can watch iplayer on your laptop no bother, you dont need a licence for this.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

You need a licence if you're watching iPlayer (or any TV) live, even on your computer. You only don't need one if you're watching catchup - http://iplayerhelp.external.bbc.co.uk/help/playing_tv_progs/tvlicence/No reason to pay a tv licence if you have no TV.
