That foundation machine thingy sounds good, I rarely wear make up but I am so pale I just buy the lightest one I can get when I need it.
Could be interesting to see if I am picking the right one!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Wow, its 5 days since I last posted, I really am getting bad at this
So, tonight the cleaning fairy has grabbed hold of me and I seem to be on a mission to get the flat into shape for some reasonBathroom is done (except for the floor), washing pile is almost empty, have hoovered through but now need to go back and clean thoroughly
Last night I managed to get one of the sky codes from the weekly email, Mr S had ordered Sky for my flat as he wants to watch the footie when he's here and hates that \I only have bog standard tvAnyway, it was being done this weekend and costs £50 a month  (he's paying). So ... I was tootling through the weekly email and saw the sky code, managed to bag one and we re-ordered and for the same package (entertainment, movies, sports, hd, sky+....) its now £15 a month :j :j Which even by my standards seems quite a bargain
Its now being fitted next thursday but has saved Mr S over £400 over the next 12 months, he's now in awe of my mse skills, especially as I introduced him to quidco too

This weekend I need a huge catch-up with stuff, the flat needs blitzing, I need to visit mum and dad, paperowrk is coming out of my ears, etc, etc....
But its friday evening and I have two days off work and for that I'm a very happy ladyMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Hi Tattycath, the games offers are from one of the matched betting websites that I use, they are riskfree but often these days require chasing customer services to get the money refunded if you don't win, so isnt as straightforward as they once were. Have a look at the matched betting board if you want to know more
Postie has just brought me a cheque for £30 from when I took out my contents insurance, I'd forgotten all about it so that is welcome, although my finances need yet another sorting so won't be added to the signature as I know I have overspent again this month
Ds has a football match this morning so we're off there in an hour or so, then the rest of the day will be devoted to catching up with jobs, housework, finances, ironing etc etc ...Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Ds match went well, then we met Mr S in the afternoon and went to the park and played football
Last night we came home and I got loads of housework done, Mr S went out with some mates then came back here afterwards and I've just dropped him at work. I want to get some more jobs done this morning then we're going to visit Dad and collect Mr S when he finishes his shift, then he's coming back here to watch the footie together and have a roast dinner
Jobs to be done today;
Strip and remake beds
clean guinea pigs
more ironing
paperwork
empty fridge
pay deposit for work night out
Nothing too major there to be done, but then I've only got this morning to get it all finished.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

My bed is stripped and remade, ds will have to wait for the washing mountain to subside again. Guinea pigs are done, bathroom is cleaned, I've finally made some space for Mr S's clothes and stuff as he seems to have more than me here
, hoovered through, one more load of washing done, and everywheres generally pretty clean and sparkly
I'm leaving the ironing until later ( I did loads last night and theres only a few bits left, waiting for the rest to dry still), so its now cup of tea o'clock and then a paperwork blitz
