    McDonalds do a Chicken grilled salad, Chicken and bacon grilled salad (with or without crutons or with or without sauce) and you can make it a 'large meal' with a large drink of your choice. No fries included. This qualifies for a free glass and its healthy if you dont have the crutons or dressing! :p:p

    Not all meals have to be fattening!

    Only need the white one but my local McDonalds haven't had that one yet, DD went in on Saturday for them to say none left but when I went in Monday I managed to get Red, Green & Black.

    mcdonalds is nowhere near as unhealthy as people say. They do not use hydrogenated oils like your local chipshop or chinese. Their milk is organic. Their burgers are 100% beef. They are sourcing more and more UK ingredients and a McDonalds treat once in a while is fine for anyone.
