There should be a 'sticky' on every forum warning everyone about vax2002. He posts so much wrong information and advice that it's bordering on trolling. I'm disappointed MSE allows it to continue.

Thanks...there are lots. Loads of variations ranging from only accessing with good reason (however that would be defined) to only being able to access records of accounts but no details, right through to having detailed statements.

I shall reprimand my "source" in the Fraud dept for not updating me. :rotfl:

I'm so glad this all worked out well for you. I would also like to thank you for updating and letting us know what happened-often people come on here asking for advice, and then never update, when that can be a big help for people in the future.
