Its £10 to spend in-store (an O2 shop) - you get your voucher code via either their priority moments website or app. It isn't "to buy priority moments". I wonder if PAYG customers can use that to buy a £10 top up?

I got a text saying their taking 10% off my subscription via my September bill and from Sept 1st giving £10 to spend in store via Priority moments.

It's good they could identify which customers were affected. I thought I was going mad because none of my texts were being answered. (when I tried to dial out I got an error message)

(Same with Giff Gaff I couldn't check my balance etc. Back-up phone was no use too!!!) Not worth topping up to get 10% more.

    I don't think they can. http://blog.o2.co.uk/home/2012/07/o2-network-coverage-disruption-update.html

(about a quarter of the way down, question "what can you buy with the voucher")

This compensation is pitiful- £10 PAYG credit or £10 off next bill would be the minimum I would consider decent.

On what grounds? They're giving you 3 days free line rental
plus £10 to spend in store. I can't see what is unfair about that, when you may have been inconvenienced for less than 24 hours.

How will this affect those of us who's contract ends before then? I'm scheduled for disconnection on 8 August...(it was always a backup SIM to get a discount on the iPhone 4 so I could keep my Orange tariff, I won't be too bothered if I don't get anything, but something for nothing's always nice!)

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Call O2 and ask, perchance?
  • I'm a pay as you go O2 customer & £10 to spend in their store means nothing to me.I rather have £10 air time because I lost out on money spent sending texts for competitions and resending text messages to hearing impaired friends!
