    You guys are ACE.

    thank you for your re-assurance

    Hiya AVS,

I'd be interested to know if you are still about and have managed to resolve this case? I have my own thread already, but yours is pre Oct 2012 before POFA came into force.

So what happened in the end?

Please don't resurrect old threads like this to ask a question of the OP. If you check his profile, the last time he visited MSE was on 8th March - why do you think he will revisit today to view your question after not being here for over 7 months?

If you're interested in what's happening on the Roxburghe and related front, this new thread today might be far more relevant to you.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I have received a PCN from LCP Parking Services for £100.

I used a car park for 30 mins at one evening and didn't see any signs or barriers to suggest I should pay.

Their CCTV captured my car entering and leaving the car park.

I have ready many comments on this site suggesting I should ignore the request to pay.

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct course of action? If I ignore the notice will the charge increase and can I expect the bailiff any time soon?

I have full mitigating circumstances of course and am prepared to appeal.

    Thanks.

Ermmmm no, because it's not, unless you are in Scotland or NI. But of course you don't actually PAY. Why are you reading threads from 2012??

I also replied fully to you, where you managed to post on the credit cards board!

Hopefully Crabman will pull out your posts and mine and create a new thread in the right forum for you but if not, you really just need to read the linked sticky thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
