Mis sold my conservatory roof!

I have been miss old my conservatory roof. I thought the inside would have a pelmet with down lights around all 4 internal walls. I originally wanted the ultraframe livin-room roof. However, on going to the company's showroom I seen there roofline was slightly different but was again on 4 walls with downlighting. The only visual difference was the amount of plaster work going from the pelmet to the glass roof. I was told this was their version of the ultra frame livin-room roof. The price is the same and the only difference is what I mentioned above. Their version seem to let more light in because of the reduced amount of plaster work, so I decided to go with their version.
Now the roof is on and the pelmet is only on the 3 outer walls and not along the house wall. They say they never put it along this wall as a span of 4.5 metres would sag. They even say that they had to put pillars in hteir show room to support it, which is concealed as a fireplace. Clever but very mis leading. Do I have a right to complain, I think how it looks along only the 3 walls looks unfinished and not what I thought I was getting.

Okay, so you are in fact op, just under a different alias. That makes more sense.
Upload a photo here then post a link

Do you have photos of your roof and the demonstration roof? Although no reasonable person would expect them to be identical, the demonstration roof should be a fair representation of what to expect. Failing this you could potentially have a case for a remedy. However, if it is impractical because it would cause structural issues, you would need to work together on a possible solution.0 -
Im unable to post links as im a new user, something to do with spamming?.

The debate isnt over the appearance of it, its more over the issue of it not being around all 4 walls. Now they say they can put the pelmet along the house wall but they would need to put supporting gallows brackets to hold it up, which would look unsightly.
I think i should be within my rights to ask them to replace their roof with the ultraframe roof. This is the only solution to getting it around all 4 walls as was verbally agreed. The salesman knew what I wanted and even sold us 12 downlights, 3 for each wall!0 -
To be honest I can see and understand both sides of the argument.
I'm not really sure what to suggest to be honest. Maybe somebody else will be able to offer their advice/opinion.0 -
But if they've told me there will be no other difference other than the height if the plaster work to the glass roof, then surely I have been mis sold it. And the fact they sold me 12 downlights would back this up.
Or am I being totally biased?0
