    Evening all

    Welcome lpp
    ((((LW))))

So email was sent yday, went in early to look through it before work kids came in, and turns out they sent the wrong link in the email  The right one came through mid-morning. Nothing surprising in it, we just have to put a preference for which job we want. I will put my role as 1 and the support role as 2. So should be ok.

Good day in work. Trying to teach the work kids how to look for and apply for jobs. They were all like 'we know how to do this' in the morning, I couldn't resisit saying 'Well clearly not cos you are all on a course to help you into empolyment!' :p. But we made a treasure hunt around the town where they had to find out where places like training companies/careers advice/college etc were, and look for jobs/apprentices that were advertised in windows. They all enjoyed, and all said they had found out lots of new stuff that they would never have looked for before.

Spoke to my mum earlier and she said that I had a letter there, it was from the hospital giving me an appointment for my vertigo for next Weds. But I had a letter last week giving me appt for next Tues!! <insert confused smiley> So I need to ring them tomorrow.

OS wise - laundry put away, house tidied, hoovered downstairs, lunch made for tomorrow, now going through a big pile of paperwork that needs to be sorted.

    Have a good night all

    Hello All
Better day managed to get to and from work as normal compared to yesterday so that was a plus.
Also got home to discover my lovely Mum (who looks after the kids when I'm at work) had cooked a chicken casserole and rice ( and she'd bought all the ingrediants) Arn't Mums great!!
Weather stayed nice and bright as well, trying to deide whether I have the energy to make ds cake so it can rest and i can ice tomorrow night? Think i might leave it 'till tomorrow and ice thur morning as early finish tomorrow.

Wishing you all a lovely evening xx

puss cat is a lot better , the DDs rang the vet again and they told them to take the cat back , the vet thought she had an allergic reaction to the yearly injection she had, so gave her a steroid injection and an anti sickness injection and kept her for a few hours , shes home now and curled up on the sofa :)

DD1 is sanding a bit more of her bedroom walls , we have been waiting for DH to plaster a huge hole near the window , he still hasnt done it , so we have :D bought a £2 box of plaster and blobbed it on the wall and smoothed it out , looks good :D

    Hi All,

Can any of you remember where we bought flannalette (sorry sure thats spelt wrong) sheets from last year? I remember they were a bargain but can't remember where they were from. I'm sure a couple of us bought them on here. I'm sure someone must have a better memory than me:o
