Cruddy day here, OH is being a total numpty, he eventually went to bed in a huff at half seven, just as well!!! Had baked cheesy egg for dinner cos I couldnt be bothered cooking for a grumpy so and so, sitting here sweating like god knows what, very clammy tonight! Back to work tomorrow so have ironed uniforms, shopped for dinners and done not a lot else, will be glad to be back to work, OH is always a misery when off work with nothing to do, although if he looked he could have found plenty!!!

WOW Adelight! What a result, well done. No more than you deserve for all the work you have put in.:T

Monday is becoming as bad as Sundays in this house. I am surrounded by clutter and mess wherever I look and don't seem to have the time or energy to do anything about it. I desperately need to get some oomph from somewhere.:(

I worked out a little timetable for myself today but the 2 hours I allowed for a trip to help a friend chose some material turned into a 6 hour marathon. Thought I might just get a bit done in the house when I got back but DS2 arrived to tell me all about his 2 day course on power-boat sailing. He was so excited about it I couldn't bear to cut him short. It was a 40th birthday present from his OH and he reckoned it was the best present he has ever had. He even got his licence so I had to hear all about it.
Then it was so late the Rev had to dash up for fish and chips - not at all OS but very acceptable.

    Tomorrow will be different.

I say this to myself every night but it never is. I read about all the useful things you all do and feel so ashamed. Well, will keep on trying I suppose.

    Off to bed now.

    Sleep tight everyone x

    Evening everyone

A late one from me yet again, been out with dh for a meal as it is our wedding anniversary (2 Years).

No os today been working, tomorrow is my last day, a bit sad as I will miss my colleagues. Got wet at work today as they held sports day, hoping for a brighter day tomorrow.

Adelight - Well done on your results and school prize - well deserved after all your hard work.
    Flutterby - how very annoying
Monnogran - All we can do is try our best, I think I will have this as my new motto as I never seem to clear all my clutter at home.
JackieG - Nice to see you.
JackieO - You put me to shame with how much you accomplish in a day.

Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.

    Evening all,

I haven't posted for ages so I hope you don't mind me popping in. It's lovely to see lots of old faces and some new ones to me as well. I do try and keep up with a quite a few people on face book.
Well I am back working at home. The job didn't really work out so I am determined to return to my thrifty old style ways.:A I did try and keep up with cooking from scratch but it's so much easier when your at home.
Just a quick catch up, my house is still on the market. Have two buyers who want it but can't sell theirs. so we have tried to keep on top of all the little jobs and keep on top of things ready for any new viewings.
My youngest finished school in June after his exams so it's a bit odd not having any school uniforms to sort out!
Adleight well done you I am so envious of people who are good at maths
I love a good jigsaw and we always have one on the go at Christmas.
Please can we have a dry pegging out day tomorrow, please.
Anyway enough waffle. Will be posting much more often from now on.
    Bye for now J
