Sorry to quote myself but the f-ing email still hasn't come through . !!!!!!. My company has variable finishing times, but half5 is the latest, and I finish at half4 but I've just checked now and still nothing! Annoyed is an understatement.
Is it me or is it freezing today?! I'm really cold, and was in work too.
Off to warm up my tea

Had a busy day today, started by taking boys to school then to council shop to get recycling bags, then two banks to pay in stuff for DD and Icelands to get her some loaves of bread, then book club, and that was before 10.30.Got a call on my moby from DGS Danny asking if I could pop in after book club (he's off this week from work) he asked if I could go with him to the local hospital as yesterday when playing footie he collaped and had breathing difficulites and his Dr wanted him to have an Xray, blood tests and an ECG.So off we went (he hates hospitals and the last time he was in one was when he was a tiny child he's almost 22 now)Tests all done I then took him to his Drs to drop of the results of his ECG and then to his house.By this time it was getting on for 3.00.p.m. and I had to be at the boys school as after school it was Mikeys prize giving.(he won year 3 History prize).I have just taken them home and their Dad has managed to get an early finish and I have just got home , feeling a bit hollow as its been a long time since breakfast:):)
Who ever said being retired is a doddle hasn't tried it:) I am now going to make myself some fish and chips (a bit of comfort food from the freezer) and put my feet up,blooming glad Monday is over
:)
Hope you all have had a good a day as me but maybe a bit more restful perhaps:)
Good job I had a cup of camomile and spiced apple tea with my breakfast this morning its supposed to keep you calm:)
Cheers chums

flutterby it is so
annoying when that happens, especially when it is important
I agree with you about the coldit feels more like the end of Autumn not the middle of Summer . I have had to put a cardi on today , I refuse to put the heating on this time of year.

Evening all
Day grey and overcast, showered throughout the day. Poor dd had her school trip to the coast in the rain, she seemed to enjoy it though and they went swimming, bet she couldn't tell which was rain and which was sea!
Just managed to get home from work, all trains cancelled due to signalling failure or some such rubbish so had to get a cab as buses too packed to get on. Not very os but just wanted to be home.
Hopefully tomorrow will be more productive.

Me again, and I'm moaning again sorry
! F-ing email has come through (at 7pm) but in order to access the info with the jobs we need to be on a computer in an office  bear in mind that at least 20% of my colleagues are not office based any day of the week, and a further 30% work in delivery like me so may call into an office once/twice a week for a short amount of time!! So incompetent! And what about those staff who are on leave/maternity/sick etc? I'm ok as I'm office based tomorrow, although am teaching so will only have 30mins before kids come in and my lunch to read through it all. Sorry to moan!

Whoooooooop well done you!!!!! You deserve it after all your hard work! Celebrate tonight!
And yes it would be a violations of the rules to email it out from the office. But I think my boss will do it for those who have no access* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *
