Weighed in last night and lost 4lb again. I seem to be losing 4lb every week. Now lost 26lb in 5 weeks.

Me and hubby are looking to start CD soon, and both have quite a bit of weight to lose.

I'm currently sat looking at the phone, trying to pluck up courage to phone a local counsellor

Hi spud. Just pick up the phone - it will be the best thing you ever did - trust me. I can't believe i am nearly 2 stone lighter in just 5 weeks. You will get all the support you need on here. Let us know how you get on.
