Is there an email address? Email and keep ringing. Its a tough diet but the weight falls off if you stick to it. Week one is hard but it gets a bit easier after that. This is my second time doing Cambridge, so wouldn't have come back if it didn't work. This time, all I have to do is not come off it at target and eat my way back to my starting weight!!!! Heyho!!

The only ones I liked were malt toffee and they pretty nice in comparison to boring old shakes!! Bring on the toffee bring on the toffee. Have ordered a couple of choc tetras to try...

Are you getting bored of us Maz??:rotfl::rotfl:

:TWelshcake, 4 lb a week is fantastic, 3.5 weeks per stone, you will be disappearing before our very eyes - if you post us a picture - please.......

:hello:Hello Spud30, ring the councellor, thats the easy bit. All the councellors have to have been through the diet themselves so they understand the pitfalls and can help you get through it and decide if its the right way to go for you and your hubby.
The weight loss is really good, and the diet is surprisingly easy.
The hard part is resisting temptation, this forum is a big help on that side, everyone is very friendly and we all seem to be humans not fanatics and help each other along.

Go on go for it and let us know how you get on.;)

    Thanks for the welcome Duncan.

To be honest, I think this is the only way for me and DH to go. I've been thinking about it for ages, dithering like I'm doing today.

Oooh, now I quite like the bars - not all in one go. I have been cutting them into pieces and having a little bit at a time.

I tried to eat a Cranberry one in the car with no water first go. That was hard work!

Goldfinch I beat you - I think - 41 in July, yes thats right I am older, only on the outside though.........

Cranberry were like birdseedmix if I remember! The peanut ones were so foul I had to eat them holding my nose so the smell didn't make me puke! That was a year ago and I can still smell the !!!!!!s...
