all the shakes are delicious, all the soups are fabulous, and the bars and positively cadburys!!

well, erm no, not really, lets be honest! some people love certain things, and others hate them....

everyone hates brocolli and cheese soup though!

For you dithery people - Probably a couple of years ago now there was a program on TV comparing different diets, over a month, there was all the fads, low fat, low carb, soup, and CD.

They did all the body counts, weight, fat, inches etc, as there is always the "its only water" comments.

CD came out best overall for actual body fat lost. It dispelled the claims that the quick weightloss is only water and it will go back on as soon as you eat normally.

Don't get me wrong, it will go back on if you go back to eating the way that got you here in the first place.
    But it does work.
Its very hard sometimes, and sometimes its easy peasy.

After the first week (which can be very tough) you will start to feel much better, with more energy, clearer skin.

Then you will likely have a "bad" day, when it gets on top of you and you have had enough. Come and talk to us and we will cheer you up.

Go for it, you have nothing to lose by trying it out except of course lots of lovely lbs of flab!

Is there an email address? Email and keep ringing. Its a tough diet but the weight falls off if you stick to it. Week one is hard but it gets a bit easier after that. This is my second time doing Cambridge, so wouldn't have come back if it didn't work. This time, all I have to do is not come off it at target and eat my way back to my starting weight!!!! Heyho!!

I seem to find cutting out food easier than cutting down to be honest.

Now, just need to actually make contact with a CDC :D
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

The first two weeks were absolutely horrendous for me. It was sooo hard. This diet certainly isn't easy (it is now, but first couple of weeks are a nightmare). Get past the 1st/2nd week and you will be well on your way. I lost 9lb first week, which made the headaches worth it. Now I don't really think of food. I am in a routine of just having shakes now and it suites me fine. I do eat occassionally, but i eat healthy things.
If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A

Do you think the person who created broccoli and cheese soup ever tasted it, let alone sniffed it?

i eat a little bit too from time to time, but never anything bad....

(well maybe a jaffa cake or two before a long run, but that's purely for energy)

I would never have stuck to it so long if i didn't have something every now and then....

depending on which plan you go on, you're really not meant to cheat, but i would have fallen off the wagon after 3 weeks if i hadn't treated myself, not that i tell my CDC everything... but i have told her some stuff.... she doesn't like it but says my losses speak for themselves so she won't lecture me... but not to think i will get away with it every time...and i know i won't. I lost nothing after Manchester weekend away in my week 4 (remember that Spud?)... but i've made up ground on other weeks...
