Congratulations Alpha, you will have to post some pictures of the big day!!
I used to be a dancer, when I was about 18, and could eat what I wanted when I wanted.
Unfortunately I stopped dancing when I started as a restaurant manager in a Pizza restaurant, free food - I love pizza and no more dancing.
Then I moved to office work - sitting on your bum all day.
Downward spiral for the next 20 years.

As you say a fatal combination.

We are all going to break the habit this year though!
Heres to a super slim 2010 for us all.

Well, it was a meal with runchum rachel and her hubby, plus her folks were up from Engerland, so they asked us to join them as Erin was their bridesmaid last year so the parents love her!

They knew i was dieting but not doing CD. (rachel is too but never told her folks) So me n Erin went along.... Everyone was having starters, and Erin wanted one too, so i ordered a feta cheese, melon medley which was in a sort of cucumber raita (sounds wierd but was lush!!) and Erin had mini fishcake starter and we split both in two so best of both worlds!.... then i had chicken with haggis stuffing, asked for extra veg no potatoes, no bread, no wine, only soda water to drink.... no dessert even though everyone else did (even rachel :naughty:!!) and a cup of tea....

Honestly alpha, i'd skip the dinner for your birthday if you're having a lovely wedding dinner in a couple of weeks..... go for a manicure or pedicure or something... i assume you'll be getting hair done on wedding day......
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    you have 2 options...
    1) open a hosting account www.photobucket.com is good, it's what i use.... then upload pics to photobucket from pc.... when pics are in PB you copy IMG code from under pic and you get a wee URL which you paste into your MSE forum message... when the message is sent it generates a pic...

Takes a few minutes the first time but relatively simple!

    2) you email pics to me and i'll post em for ya!
