    Hi everyone

I had my first meeting with the CDC last night and got my week's supply of sachets. She also took all my measurements as well as my weight which surprised me !

I've gone for the SS plan, it seems pretty hard core but desperate times call for desperate measures :0)

I've been reading all your posts and they are so motiviating, you're all doing so well and seem so focussed - I just hope I have enough will power to stick to the plan and see the results !

Swannie, 27.5lb in 5 weeks is FANTASTIC - well done you - you must really be able to see a difference in yourself?!

good luck with it Vixster! you'll get plenty motivation on here and stories about people's inner demons!

first few days can be tough but it does get easier.. i never imagined i would make it to 6 weeks, so i am living proof!! i was going day by day in the first 2 weeks!

Day 5 for me today and not feeling too bad.
Tuesday was a real low day for me, I was so hungry and had the headache from hell and was sooo tired too. I went to bed as soon as Hubby got home from work.

First weigh in for me tomorrow evening. I think I'm looking forward to it . . .but time will tell.

Bad luck on your no loss week (Land of) Maz. You've been doing so well though.
    Week One ~ 6 lbs loss :j

    Week Two ~ 2 lbs loss :j

Ok, so I got through Day 1 - phew ! What a challenging first day I had. I went to a seminar straight from work, I had a feeling there would be nibbles, but when I got there I found it was a full blown hot & cold buffet - everywhere I looked there was delicious food! I managed by putting a few things on my plate and just pushing them around and drinking lots of water and black coffee - I felt quite proud of myself when I left the hotel at 10pm knowing I hadn't blown it. I went home and had a butterscotch shake (which was surprisingly yummy!).

I woke up feeling rather empty this morning, but have since drank 2 pints of water and have just started on a mug of black coffee, so feeilng a bit more human now. I think I'm going to find the weekend more of a stuggle than Mon - Fri, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Good luck for tonight Toes - let us know how you get on !!

Sorry about your no loss this week Maz, but like Toes said, you've done amazingly well so far - I'm sure you'll make up for it at next weeks weigh-in.

well i'm a bit dissapointed, my scales haven't moved since monday, they still say 9st 12lb, and i want to be 9st 7lb to fit into my holiday clothes.

I'm out tomorrow night so will drive and have water, cheap night out for me, the money i save will pay for my nails to be done next week for my holidays.
