Cambridge Diet

I have an appointment with the local CDC at 3.30 pm - I'm so excited.
I don't know if I should start tomorrow or Monday but guess I will discuss this with my CDC.
Thanks everyone who has replied to my posts. I probably wouldn't have made the call if you hadn't, so thank you.
Katrina xx
Believe me when I say that once you have had your appointment with your CDC you will want to start ASAP!!
So, knowing that will happen, today you really should cut the carbs/sugar/junk out of your diet so that your body starts to adjust to the CD regime. It is a lot easier in the first week if you do this
Hope all goes well

Hello
Have bought my CD supplies and am getting my mind into the right zone for starting on Monday! I have a birthday party (a friend's) tomorrow so I'm waiting until Monday to start.
I have also bought some firming creams etc, and have been cutting my carbs drastically....and drinking more water.
I have been "lurking" on Minimins for a few weeks now but havent posted yet. I recognise a few of you from there .... Cute n Quirky, going by the signature which looks the same, it looks like you are Soon To Be Gorgeous on there?
I am disturbed to see that you were banned. Can I ask what for? I don't think I'll bother posting on there if it is a Big Brother is Watching (and censoring) type of thing! As you say, what about Freedom of Speech and Expression?
Very well done on your weight loss by the way.0 -

Minimins is a site with forums to discuss lots of different types of diet and there is a cambridge section. The impression I get is that you are not allowed to disagree with the crowd or you are OUT!;)0 -
ah right, you got a link for them?
heres the cd forum

I would have liked the opportunity to remove my signature and all my photos from my gallery on minimins.
Hope your journey goes well for you

Hello again.
Just wondering how anyone who's been following the CD for a while has dealt with holidays. As you know, I'm starting cambridge soon but I have a weeks holiday booked, to Turkey, for May 3rd.

I went away for a week, self-catering to a log cabin in February and stuck to my 790 throughout.
I am going to Malta in April and am going to switch to the 1000 plan so that I will have two Cambridge meals plus lunch, breakfast and Dinner at the hotel.

Hey
I'm on minimins and have been for months. I CONSTANTLY disagree with loads of things, and i love it there. I have to stick up for it cos i believe that although CDC's havent had much "official" training, they have lost weight on CD and in my book are qualified in a different way. I know a lot of spammers, trolls, and bullies get thrown off, but normally people get plenty of warning first and an opportunity to come across differently. Sometimes i think people forget that forums, MSN, text messages are all emotion-less so care needs to be taken when expressing an opinion not to come over as "holier-than-though", or slightly stand-offish. Although i have been posting on both sites, i post WAY more on minis cos i find it is busier and not just CD focused.
Randomly came across this thread using my mothers MSE account - she told me that it was worth a look
Anyway, CD is hard to stick to, but the results are amazing. It's all about willpower (erm, i'm slightly lacking in that at the mo) and after some messing around with it, i'm FINALLY getting places
Good luck to you all x0 -
Hope all goes well0
