£7.50 effectively £1.53 monthly?
I'm confused how does this work? For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.0 -

I am seriously considering going for this offer! My current contract is up, and the best Vodafone can do is £15 for half of what these guys are offering.
I am rubbish at redemption offers, so would go for the £30 instant cashback. It would work out at £5.21 a month, which is a THIRD of what Vodafone want!
I've had a look around, and worked out Talkmobile are owned by Carphone Warehouse, and they use the Vodafone network to carry their signal. But that's about it. Does anyone have any experience with Talkmobile? The offer sounds almost too good to be true, and I don't want to be stung by cowboys. TIA.0 -
I have a Talkmobile contract - ends in two months. Talkmobile uses the Vodaphone signal and I have had no problems. All my redemption cashback claims have been paid within 30 days and there have been no problems with them. Would recommend.0

As has been said before, Talkmobile are fine as long as you check Vodafone's coverage here:
http://ukmobilecoverage.co.uk/map/vodafone
CS seem fine in my limited experience of them. Very friendly and helpful.
This would actually also be a really cheap sim only deal if you are happy with your current phone as the Galaxy Y can be recycled for £32! Add the £25 Quidco/TCB cashback and the £50 instant automatic cash back if you don't fancy redemption (and I wouldn't, pain in the backside, lol) and that takes it down to just a tad over £3/mth. Go for the redemption and the monthly cost comes down to a minus figure (but I CBA to work it out, lol)
Edit: I think it would be MINUS £1.75/mth, lol.
PPS I would be very tempted to buy a Huawei G300 smartphone for a net £95 (after £5 Quidco/TCB) direct from Vodafone to use with this (easily the best 'proper' smartphone at this price point). Still only makes it a net £2.25/mth over the 24 months.0 -
Sorry to sound stupid, the phone is also included?
At what point during the contract is the discounted line rental redeemed i wonder?:AQuidco

I took out this deal a few weeks ago. Topcashback has tracked and I'm very happy with my new phone. The vodaphone coverage is good (I checked before I bought) and my contract is half the price I was paying to t-mobile!
I didn't go for galaxy Y, I went for wildfire S (I get less back in redemption, but that's okay) and my husband went for sony xperia U (he gets no redemptions with that, and had to pay £30 but the £30.30 from TCB covers that).
Everyone on HUKD says they've had no problems with redemption with this company, but to be honest even if there were problems it's a good deal just to pay £7.50 per month instead of what I previously paid
Remember to cancel your phone insurance before they take the first DD, and there's some sort of helpline insurance too (geek squad?) - I haven't worked out how to cancel that yet.52% tight0 -
Now on HUKD people are saying they charge £1.50 per month for paper billing, so you need to register with talkmobile and turn that off.
EDIT It says here that's not the case and you have to ask if you DO want paper billing. I haven't had a bill yet so we'll see http://www.talkmobile.co.uk/my-account/paymonthly.html52% tight0
