I'm sorry too IE, but Italy, especially Southern Italy where I was, is not up to speed with modern technology. The only possibility for internet connection was through very slow dial-up, and since my in-laws are both in their 80's, it was unfair to ask them.
Next time, though, I will be better prepared.

WHAT. DO. YOU. MEAN. next time?????????????????[ Well rog I only hope that your relations live in a very VERY BIG house. As cattie, immoral angel, Moozie,Mike, Chrismassshopper, posting, and I (and a few more) WILL BE COMMING WITH YOU.n We all feel that we both need and deserve a break. (oh my DH will be comming with us all as well)

Only just seen this - we'd better start organising a coach :rotfl: :rotfl:
I hope your DH likes pasta.
How do I explain this trip to my wife's family?
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

rog we live on pasta. Sometimes even home made pasta(ALWAYS home made sauce!!) Rgarding your wife's family I often find the best policy is to not explain things:rotfl: :rotfl:

Glad to hear it - sisters of the world unite! I'm just wondering what we can get him to do! Perhaps we could start a new thread and ask others for suggestions and then get Rog to send in photos as proof!
