Yes please - caramel fudge shortbread would be a treat! Just popped in for a minute as I'm undergoing a stressful audit at the moment and needed to see some friendly faces!
haven't heard a word about the budget yet - good bad indifferent?
MMM thanks - tea's lovely!
There was nothing in the budget to scare me. Nothing to excite me either, so I guess that's about as good as it gets.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -
I'm off to pick a small girl up from school (while she's still got one to go to). I'll see you all when I get back. If anyone fancies walking the dog or doing the ironing while I'm out...feel free. I haven't had time!Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0

I DID HAVE A NICE BIRTHDAY-THE NIGHT BEFORE! (I went out with work and had a good time!)
we went out for dinner on my birthday and when we got home our 2 dogs had managed to get into the kids room and ripped up a four foot (cuddly) dog, so our house was like a snowstorm with all the insides of the toy all over!
Lovely OH decided that I had to tidy downstairs while he did upstairs:rolleyes: as we had guests all day! (even though the nite before he had said I could put my feet up all day!)
then oh's mate came and stayed practically ALL nite! (he did bring me a gift so I do feel quite nasty complaining!) but by the end of the day I was sick and tired! lol
annniestar i'm so sorry you are ill-keep warm and make sure you rest, I hope you get well soon-and yes you are right no good texting as my phone is practically kerplunk!official dfw nerd club member no 214

Shame they are only just lowering the VAT on the quit smoking aids. Now I have managed to quit whilst vat was 17.5% on them. Think what treats I could have got with the other 12.5%:rotfl:19th March 2007 LBM£5,969.63 1st January 2018 £5960.18, 1st January 2019 £11,032.0018th August 2023 £12,435.00, Student Loan £22244.00 From 2009-12Challenges: To learn to stop spending..0
