washing machine not draining comfort????

hi, i have a problem with my washing machine, ....... it doesnt drain the comfort / fabric condition from the drawer?? have no idea why, i have take the drawwer our cleaned it all out and was horrified my the muck that was in there:eek: :eek: i have put bleach in there, normal cleanere and sink and plug hole unblocker (…

at the top of the drawer there is a little slot that was all gunged up that is why the fabric conditioner was still sitting in the drawer
