That is a beautiful pic When I was a teen my stepbrother had one and also a Spitfire - he used to take myself and my best friend out and we'd think it was oh so glamorous!

It's Pap! Yay! Lovely to hear from you. Yes, I'm planning to do the cars on cards when I have enough of them. You can get 25 cards printed at a time but I'd like to include a number of designs. That way it's not so bad if some of them don't sell well. I've promised Mr F I'll do his Landie next and I've a possible Porsche commission so that would be enough.

Ohh thats all good Are you selling them seperatly? I only ask because as well as selling them seperatly you could offer a discount if people buy a pack or four/five. So for instance if someone purchased all your car painting cards they could have a discount? It might mean more sales Obviously not too much as you still want to gather some pin money I have my eye on one for a birthday card... For december :rotfl:

I still haven't frame and put up your paintings With what happened after purchase its been put on hold. However they are still on display in the celophane. Mum's has been framed, I may have to pm you a pic soon.

That's a great idea about the cards Pap. I've discovered you can get your pictures printed on just about anything - mugs, mouse mats, jigsaws. Musn't get carried away though


Please do send me a picture when you get the paintings framed - I get really excited about seeing them in situ.


And lovely to hear there is light at the end of the tunnel. I've had my fingers crossed for you.

Thank you greent. I think I'd feel quite glamorous if I got into one now :rotfl:


I have a friend who is restoring an Aston Martin and he has given me permission to paint that when it's ready

At last. A chance to sit down and breathe for a bit. I feel ridiculous saying I'm busy when I'm a stay at home wife with no kids at home but I have felt rushed off my feet the last few weeks.


My latest guests have now left, the house is pretty much back in order and I have a little time to just sit and think. Phew.


I haven't been posting as regularly and I have really missed it. This month's house budget is already spent and, although I don't think I've been particularly extravagant, I can't say where it's all gone off the top of my head. Usually I can account for every purchase and every penny.


I have managed to set up a separate FB page for Bee Garden Art. I was worried that I was inflicting my scribblings on my friends and that they might be getting a bit fed up by now. I've let them know about the new page so they can follow me if they want to but it's their choice now. It's at https://www.facebook.com/BeeGardenArt if anyone is interested in taking a look.
