No I'm a self employed contractor that gets work from them

I think you should speak to the forum team about your use of MSE first as you need their permission to post on behalf of a company which your posts read as.

  • Hi Terry, no I'm a self employed contractor and work for myself as it seems many of you 'experts' in energy do, I also work on different projects for different industries, but I do have a contract with the mentioned company as I do have with several companies, but arent employed by them and im not the company! I didn't think it fair to have it attacked in such a 'bad mannered ' and 'foul play' way by a person whom I know is a competitor to the mentioned company and also has a sad case of 'let's hide behind a forum' attitude, when I do know how hard the peope associated with the company work on behalf of their clients.. I'm sure that the company will contact money saving expert themselves.

Utility bill saver is an absolute con. I was stupid enough to fall for it in July last year. After they "audited" my accounts I was told of a credit on it of which I already knew. I had to ring them constantly for this information. I've tried calling and more often than not get the engage tone. I've reported them to trading standards. The are NOT part of cost centre services as I was told when I rang the cost centre services
Number. I managed (to my shock) to get through today to speak to a very rude and arrogant cretin who told me someone would ring back as they had my file and was on lunch. I knew they wouldn't but had no other option. I will not let go of this but advise anyone else to STEER WELL CLEAR!

Hi, I have been reading all the forums on UBS of Stoney street, Nottingham,
and I have to say, I have been a mug, and paid £200 to them. A lady called on me at my business premises in May 2012 and went through the same routine as the previous posts, and few days later had a invoice for £400 pounds discounted to £200 pounds, which (being a mug) I paid by credit card. I have also got the paperwork saying I will get the deposit back. I tried to ring them last week, but the number was dead. I cannot believe I did this, usually I always check with money savings expert but there we are, if I could kick myself I would. Anyway as I paid with credit card, is there any way I can get my money back?

Hi there try ringing 084 5 319 4894 they are ubs i also got conned by a brian for 250 pounds really angry no assistance given whatsoever. They are conning people will crap to line their pockets

  • Report them I have. The have took my money and constantly lied for months and months now. They are abusive and the most unprofessional company I have dealt with, I feel I have been conned completely. The address on the letter is notisted as there address and the phone number in the only letter received is not recognised. I had to google to get a proper number. They need reporting to watchdog.
