Oops sorry, of course 38p, I was very annoyed to leave 1 cent on my last Fairfx card I didn't re-new. (Have another as back-up but didn't re-new the Euro one).

Finally got a reply.

Thank you for your email.

There is a fraud limit of not more than 3 ATM withdrawals per day and
also no more than 10 withdrawals over 4 days with all the cards.

The maximum that can be withdrawn from an ATM are;
*USD FairFX Currency Card - $1,000 per day.
*EURO FairFX Currency Card - €1,000 per day.
*STERLING FairFX Currency Card - £500 per day.

The maximum amount you can withdraw in one go from ATM differs from
machine to machine, different ATM’s have different limits so it really
is just down to specific ATM’s

You can still use your FairFX Currency Card as a payment card in shops,
restaurants, hotels etc. This is not affected by ATM withdrawal limits.

For point of sale transactions the maximum value of purchases allowed
per day is $10,000, €7,500 or £5,000. There is a fraud limit of 30 point
of sale transactions per day and 120 point of sale transactions over 4
days. The maximum value of point of sale transactions over 4 days is
$10,000, €10,000 or £6,000.

Because Fair FX is an incompetent and deceptive card issuer. They clearly don't want their victims to know too much about the limitations of their service.
