Fair FX Card Withdrawals

Does anyone know if there is a limit on daily withdrawals from ATM's using a FaiFX card?
In the past I have used my Nationwide Debit Card, (before they started puting a withdrawal fee and a conversion fee on it), and there was a limit of 300 Euros a day.
Is it the same with a FairFX card? My view is that you "should" be able to withdraw whatever is on the card, but banks being what they are.......
We have to pay for a Villa rental when we arrive and would like to get it sorted as soon as possible rather than over a number of days.

I have a FairFX euro card & I had to ring them to find out the answer to this one.
I can withdraw up to a maximm 1000 euro per day or 3 transactions.
However this figure appears to vary customer by customer starngely enough..
You best bet is to ring them as this information does NOT appear anywhere on their website.

I can't remember now but I found out from the very comprehansive FAQs page on their website. Also, their e-mail response is usually same day. Might save you a call and, of course, you will have it in writing if anything unexpected happens.0

I spent about 15 minutes reading their FAQs pages but never found the answer !!!!
Even the person I spoke to on the phone seemed to have difficulty finding the answer himself.0 -
Still waiting a reply to my email and there doesn't seem to be an enquiry phone number.
Already ploughed through the FAQ'a0 -

I've got a balance of 39p on my FairFX account.
Since Ryanair now charge for it's use I decided to close my account.
I e-mailed to ask them how to go about it. I got a nice reply that they will transfer the balance to my bank account subject to a withdrawal fee of £10!!!!!
It'll just have to lie dormant for ever and a day.0 -

their FAQ does state the fees for a bank transfer back to your account.
On the withdrawal limit, agree that their website is unclear...they used to have an additional bit on their website...from an email I sent them in 2009...the bit that is not in italics is still there in their top card tips section...not sure if the part in italics is still there anywhere...

Your website states:
7. ATM withdrawal Limits
You can make up to 3 ATM withdrawals per day and 10 over a 4 day period. If you exceed these limits the card gets locked for ATM usage. Therefore, we recommend paying where possible using your FairFX Currency Card rather than cash and to try to estimate your cash needs each day and make one ATM withdrawal. This will also lessen the effect of the ATM withdrawal fees.
And
You can now use your FairFX Currency Card just like any other debit card in most ATM's, shops, restaurants, online, on the telephone or with any retailer with an electronic terminal that accepts MasterCard®. You can spend up to £3000 per day, so long as you have sufficient funds on the card. To find out your balance, simply log-in to your on-line account!
But neither actually seems to answer the question of what is the per-transaction withdrawal limit (if any)...only the number of ATM withdrawals per day and the spending limit (which may or may not relate to ATM withdrawals).

At the time I was told $1000/day was the total ATM daily withdrawal limit for a USD card.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
