YODEL says delivered without delivering- advice please

Thank you 'boys' for pointing out my error in my thinking that @Chris was part of Yodel, as you will have read that I have corrected that error. I am amused that you 'both' cannot accept that people make errors, it must be wonderful to be perfect....:T :T

Now I hope you two can now get on with your lives as I have.

Same here but my item was logged as delivered. It wasn't and anyway we have security cameras and no one delivered on the day they said they had.

Coincidentally, the delivery man has since left their employment so they can't/won't do anything further!!

Disgraceful company. They were on watchdog in march named and shamed for non deliveries and other bad service.

I have found that "if no answer please leave in xxx as this is monitored by CCTV" messages to be highly effective
