Why the hell should a Post Office provide you with a free service?

Whats the point of online postage then

I would complain about that particular PO. Surely they have to accept it.

Its a good idea for Paypal/Pitney Bowes as they making the profit from the Royal Mail for providing the service, shame they dont offer the discount on postage as they do with franking machines.

It does look more professional for low volume sellers & may save a little time but takes more money away from the local PO's which mainly rely on eBayer's paying for their postage over the counter.

We use Selling Manager Pro (Selling Manager is Free) & print out the invoices & put them into Document Wallets & pay the PO the postage as we have a Posting Book for the 'Signed For' items which still requires to be stamped.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Having read this through I wont ever use this method of posting/labelling!

I am biased of course (work in a PO shhhh....my secret is out!), but I wouldn't use it simply because its ebay/paypal therefore giving too much power/control/ profit ...... its becoming a monopoly , I mean the profits they are making must be huge and yet they want more! For your ease of course ....yeah !

Nah ..... I like to spread my business around!

    Awkward ...thats me!
