Making calls and using data
We are currently seeing a problem on our network affecting some of our customers. Those customers affected will have difficulty making or receiving calls, sending texts or using data.
Our Engineers are dealing with the problem as a priority and we hope to restore full service as soon as possible.

No problem in Scotland, AFAICT, however with Vodafone and O2 merging their networks over the next year, expect this to happen often!

We've just had a notification of this at work (central scotland) but I'm not sure whether anyone is actually experiencing any problems.

How O2 is going to compensate us? This is bad. If people are on road and accident happens won't be able to call emergency services!

I think you have to prove to them that you had an accident before they compensate. Make sure you get witnesses :D

More seriously, O2's out here in Belfast
