I haven't paid anything yet. I cancelled the direct debit which was meant to come out sometime around now.
Once they can't take my money, perhaps they'll be in a more talkative mood.0 -
They might be in a more talkative mood but they will probably also report a late payment to the credit reference agencies.0

The fact is though that they already have it as line rental is charged a month in advance! Therefore, I think you've got something like £4 back, but you should have got nearly a full month's line rental back.
Now that you've cancelled the DD, you've just made it harder to get it back!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -
