Does anybody know if your star rating drops after you don't complete articles for a while?

I will have to stop writing articles for a few weeks as I have an exam mid-January and REALLY need to focus, but worried about how it will affect my score. Anyone know?

If this policy is indeed in effect, I believe setting an away message should help you avoid it.

Question: how often do you cash out your payments?

I have 12 euros currently, I am waiting for another 3 articles to be accepted or rejected by clients, but as always I am cautious and considering cashing out right now. Is there any penalty for doing so? Any fees? Is Textbroker looking shaky?

Has anyone else not had their payments transferred this week? I've received the confirmation email that they've been sent to my PayPal (from TB, not from Paypal) but nothing has turned up yet. I know it can take between 1-5 days, but I usually have the funds by Friday evening. Just wondering if there's a backlog with everyone cashing out this week before Christmas...

I really doubt it would make a difference. TB are very lax with rating articles (I have unrated articles from August....) and that's whats affects your star rating. I can't say with absolute certainty, but I don't think they really keep on top of things like that.

There was a post on the home page saying they were paying out in two tranches last week, the additional one being around the 15-17th, as I recall - I got my request in before the appropriate date for this earlier payment, and confirm it reached my Paypal OK

You are not alone Natu, my payment hasn't appeared in PayPal yet either.

Yay, my payment from last Friday was finally credited this morning. Must have been a Christmas backlog.
